Q.Do trial papers cost anything?
New schools are set up with enough tokens to generate real papers and judge the quality before committing to a top-up.
Q.Is there a fee per teacher account?
No. Staff accounts are free and unlimited; only generated assessments consume tokens.
Q.What happens if a generation fails?
You are only charged for papers you actually receive. Failed runs don't consume your school's tokens.
